Blong Xiong
We are thrilled to share that President Joe Biden has appointed Blong Xiong as USDA State Executive Director of the Farm Service Agency in California. This powerful agency will liaise directly with Californians to ensure they have access to grants from USDA. In this role, Xiong will be a strong voice that ensures equitable economic development for all communities of color across the State.
